Staff ratios matter more than a cinema room. Eight guests with one housekeeper is a different week from a chef-plus-manager compound. We ask how you eat and what time you come home.
We shortlist homes where the team is real — not self-check-in plus a Saturday cleaner.

Confirm on one line
You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.

Live-in staff?
Sometimes. Many good weeks are day staff plus a manager on call. We say which.
