Частные эстейты Ибица — gated, со staff, под события
Мультикорпусные комплексы для HNW — shortlist, hold и поток гостей.
От €12,000 / week
Gates, more than one building, staff who can run a 20-person lunch without storing crates in the kids’ bathroom.
Что мы организуем
Events, multi-family weeks, guests who need doors between them. We check neighbour geometry so a DJ night does not become a police night.
Estates eat budget in staff and cars. A “16-bedroom” listing that is three cottages and a dark walk is not an estate.
Что входит

Как бронируем
01
Send the brief
Dates, headcount, vibe and any must-haves. A WhatsApp note is enough.
02
We check partner desks
Availability first — not a brochure. If it is gone, we say so and offer the next-best fit.
03
Shortlist and holds
You see options with timing and what is included. Holds where the partner allows it.
04
Confirm on one line
You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.
Для кого это
HNW weeks, weddings, two families who want separation.
Пропустите, если
You are eight friends. A staffed villa will feel better and cost less to run.
Вопросы до сообщения
Wedding on site?
Some yes, with licences. Many no. We check before save-the-dates.
How many staff?
More than you think. House and human plan as separate lines.
Vs a hotel buyout?
Often cheaper until chefs, security and cars. We compare.
