Typical covers sit around twelve. Bigger needs extra hands. We brief late breakfasts if the group is clubbing, and we do not send someone into a kitchen they have never seen without a recce or a known equivalent.
Wine is usually on you, or a shop we add. Chefs are not free bottle service.

Send the brief
Dates, headcount, vibe and any must-haves. A WhatsApp note is enough.

We check partner desks
Availability first — not a brochure. If it is gone, we say so and offer the next-best fit.

Shortlist and holds
You see options with timing and what is included. Holds where the partner allows it.

Confirm on one line
You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.
