We do not bolt a random caterer onto a villa with two hotplates. Dietary lists and children’s food are the brief, not a tasting-menu ego trip unless you ask for one.
Club nights mean late breakfasts. We tell the chef that up front. House and chef are two lines on the quote so you can drop one.
