Villas
Grote-groep villa's — 12+ zonder chaos
Kamerplan, staff-ratio's en jacht-splits — huis rond de gastenlijst.
Vanaf €5,500 / week
It fails on bedrooms and bathrooms, not on the pool photo. We map who sleeps where before we talk about the view.
Wat wij regelen
Twelve-plus needs a layout that does not put the noisy people over the early sleepers. Send a sketch: couples, singles, kids, staff rooms. Air mattresses in the gym means the wrong house.
A yacht day for 16 is a second product. We will not assume the house boat fits everyone.
Wat erbij zit
- Bedroom and bathroom map
- Staff ratio for 12+
- Noise zoning
- Parking for multiple cars
Hoe we boeken
01
Send the brief
Dates, headcount, vibe and any must-haves. A WhatsApp note is enough.
02
We check partner desks
Availability first — not a brochure. If it is gone, we say so and offer the next-best fit.
03
Shortlist and holds
You see options with timing and what is included. Holds where the partner allows it.
04
Confirm on one line
You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.
Dit is voor
Reunions, stags that still want a house, two families together.
Sla over als
You can drop to eight guests. A smaller house will be a better week.
