Villas
Luxe villa's nabij Ibiza Town & Talamanca
Marina-energie, Dalt Vila-diners, snelle haven-drops — UK-groepen die town willen zonder chaos.
Vanaf €2,800 / week
Marina energy, Dalt Vila dinners, groups who want to fall into town. Not a 40-minute chauffeur after every meal.
Wat wij regelen
Hillside above the harbour or a Talamanca terrace. Some “town” houses sit on scooter streets. You will hear it. We say so.
This base wins if half the group wants restaurants and clubs. It loses if you pictured silence and Formentera every morning.

Hoe we boeken
01
Send the brief
Dates, headcount, vibe and any must-haves. A WhatsApp note is enough.
02
We check partner desks
Availability first — not a brochure. If it is gone, we say so and offer the next-best fit.
03
Shortlist and holds
You see options with timing and what is included. Holds where the partner allows it.
04
Confirm on one line
You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.
Dit is voor
Social weeks, couples who eat out, groups who will use the marina.
Sla over als
Dark-sky finca and a 10pm bedtime. Look at Sant Joan.
Vragen vóór je bericht
Walk to dinner?
Some houses yes. Many still need a car for the last hill.
Talamanca vs Dalt Vila?
Bay vs stone and stairs. Different nights.
Stag-friendly?
Only the right streets. We will not put you over a bar for the vibe.
