Send the brief
Dates, headcount, vibe and any must-haves. A WhatsApp note is enough.

We check partner desks
Availability first — not a brochure. If it is gone, we say so and offer the next-best fit.

Shortlist and holds
You see options with timing and what is included. Holds where the partner allows it.

Confirm on one line
You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.

Smaller groups and music nights where sitting is not the point.

Someone needs bottles on a table to feel looked after.
