Villas
Estates privados en Ibiza — gated, con staff, listos para eventos
Complejos multi-edificio para semanas HNW — shortlist, hold y flujo de invitados.
Desde €12,000 / week
Gates, more than one building, staff who can run a 20-person lunch without storing crates in the kids’ bathroom.
Qué tramitamos
Events, multi-family weeks, guests who need doors between them. We check neighbour geometry so a DJ night does not become a police night.
Estates eat budget in staff and cars. A “16-bedroom” listing that is three cottages and a dark walk is not an estate.
Qué incluye
- Gated multi-building shortlist
- Staffing plan for guest flow
- Event / wedding rules checked
- Parking and security
Cómo lo reservamos
01
Send the brief
Dates, headcount, vibe and any must-haves. A WhatsApp note is enough.
02
We check partner desks
Availability first — not a brochure. If it is gone, we say so and offer the next-best fit.
03
Shortlist and holds
You see options with timing and what is included. Holds where the partner allows it.
04
Confirm on one line
You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.
Para quién es
HNW weeks, weddings, two families who want separation.
Sáltate esto si
You are eight friends. A staffed villa will feel better and cost less to run.
Preguntas antes de escribir
Wedding on site?
Some yes, with licences. Many no. We check before save-the-dates.
How many staff?
More than you think. House and human plan as separate lines.
Vs a hotel buyout?
Often cheaper until chefs, security and cars. We compare.
