Was wir organisieren
Typical covers sit around twelve. Bigger needs extra hands. We brief late breakfasts if the group is clubbing, and we do not send someone into a kitchen they have never seen without a recce or a known equivalent.
Wine is usually on you, or a shop we add. Chefs are not free bottle service.

You confirm. We earn when the partner booking completes — typically 10–20%. No hidden markup for asking.
